Special Feature of the Conference Hall

  1. The Training Hall is 33” x 23” in size in the 2nd floor.

  2. Lift is available for the participant.

  3. Oval shaped table for 20 numbers of participant with Philips audio system with 20 numbers Executive Wheel Chair. Another 20 numbers Executive chairs are there round the Hall for 20 more participant thus the capacity of the Conference Hall is 40.

  4. One front Executive Table with 3 numbers high back Executive Chairs with audio facility.

  5. One speech stand (podium) with audio facility.

  6. The hall is provided with 5 numbers wall Air Conditioner each having 1.5 ton capacity.

  7. One LCD Project and a Wall screen 6’  x  4’ 6” in size for training programme.

  8. Echo proof ceiling on the roof and four side wall.

  9. Two lavatories and 3 urinals for the participants.

  10. Well lighting system with Philips Lights.

  11. Reception room having 2numbers of executive Sofa (four seated) and 2 numbers of center tables with wall Air Conditioner

  12. Parking space available for the participants.
Charges

Rs.3,000/- is the charges of the hall  ( Maximum 6 hours)

A Training cum Library cum conference hall with all modern facilities have been built within the office premises of ORHDC with the assistance of HUDCO. It has been decided to rent out the Hall for the use of private bodies on rental basis.

Recovery measure

(i) One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme :

One Time Settlement Scheme is being implemented at ORHDC for recovery of defaulted loan accounts under CMG, CLHS, Individual Housing loan Scheme, Building Centre Schemes and Corporate loan Schemes. Under this Scheme principal is calculated on simple interest and no compounding of interest and no penal interest generally charged. Maximum 6 months time will be given to repay the entire outstanding loan with maximum 3 installment facility for closing the loan. Failing which OTS benefit will be withdrawn from the loanees who are allowed with the same.

(ii) Enforcement of Security interest Act 2002(Securitisation Act)

The Govt of India have notified ORHDC as the " Financial Institution " vide its notification no.1282 (E), dated 10-11-2003. This Act empowers ORHDC to seize and dispose of the mortgaged property in case of defaulted loanees directly without approaching any court.

(iii) Initiation of civil & criminal cases for recovery of outstanding loan dues

ORHDC is filing Title Mortgage Suit, Money Suit, OPDR Cases and Criminal Cases and cases being investigated by Vigilance and Crime Branch against the defaulted loanees financed under different Loan Schemes.

(iv) Appointment of Recovery and Enforcement Agent

ORHDC has engaged M/s POWER AID as Recovery and Enforcement Agent for collection of outstanding dues from the defaulting loanees.

(v) Formation of a High Power Advisory Committee by Government
An advisory committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Minister Housing for revival of ORHDC vide H & UD department notification no.XH-72/2005, dated-01/08/2005.
